SEA s.r.l. signed contract with Navimar Shipping Company Limited (GSP Group) for the post trenching work for a 20" pipeline (9400 mt)
SEA completed successfully post-trenching works for the Olympia project (GAZPROM), in preparation for the winter Olympic games that Sochi will hold in 2014 . A total of 9400m of a 20” gas pipeline was effectively trenched well within the time schedule established together with GSP Group.
SEA has designed and built a new entry to Company’s trenching equipment. The “MACRO” has been designed to carry out the trenching of Electrical Power Cables and Fibre Optic Cables during or post lay. Another interesting aspect of this machine is its suitability to trench in compact and rocky seabeds.
SEA has been awarded the trenching of two pipelines (40” & 32”) for approximately 9,078m in length, and the laying and trenching on an optical cable for approximately 5,509m in length. The 40” & 32” pipelines will be trenched at 2m TOP and the laying and trenching of an optical cable at 3m TOC. [...]

For the EGP3A Phase 2 Trenching Work Project, besides the two trenching spreads, INTERFACE has just finished mobilizing its modular pontoon “Trimaran Rossana” to support the second trenching spread in the shore approach section.
We are pleased to confirm that SEA has successfully trenched Chevron’s Import Line for the EGP3A Phase 2 Trenching Work Project (Nigeria). The 24” pipeline had momentarily been shut down for the operations whilst SEA attempted to trench it as quickly as possible with two trenching spreads working contemporarily on either end of the pipeline.
