SEA has successfully completed the post-trenching remedial works, which were needed to complete the ROTA CABIUNAS 1 Project, for Saipem do Brasil.
The post-trenching activities were performed in various sections of the 24” pipeline, for a total length of 2.022m, with a minimum trench depth of 1,1m BOP.
Various seabed material was encountered, including highly plastic clay and quartz sand with rock fragments.
SEA used the LEO Post-Trenching Machine, supported by the DP2 Vessel “Iskatel-2”.
